A Porch Redesign with Southern Influence

Quise Grimes gave her porch a serious transformation, furnishing and decorating it for less than $1,000.

BeforeWicker, wood and metal pieces give the previously unused space a homey feel that creates a sense of comfort while complementing the natural surroundings. A rug from Lowe’s and curtains found at Ross help tie the room together, while convenient French doors allow uninterrupted views and the movement of air between indoors and out. The design of the outdoor retreat speaks to her Southern roots and the traditional style of the rest of her home.

I LOVE this! Quise changed the space into a warm inviting elegant room. It’s the perfect place to chat with friends or to sit and sip something warm while reading a good book. I love the color scheme it blends well with the woods. Great Job!!
